Please read these terms before contributing.EUR 12 renews monthly until cancelled; EUR 99 is a one-time contribution. Support is not presented as a donation or as tax-deductible.

The two support options
Both options support continued development, testing, maintenance, compatibility work and future improvements. The EUR 12 monthly customer price is VAT-inclusive; Stripe shows the exact total before payment.
A recurring payment charged every month until you cancel.
A single payment that does not renew.
What support does and does not include
The core FreeWillow app remains free and does not require a contribution. Support does not purchase or guarantee a feature, delivery date, uptime, compatibility result or voting outcome.
FreeWillow is an independent community project. It is not operated by EEVE BV, the curator or the bankruptcy estate, and it uses the available robot API.
Supporter participation
After payment verification, contributors to either option receive their applicable supporter badge and access to the live Supporters portal, early or beta testing when available, structured feedback, proposals, voting and transparent follow-through.
Original contributors whose support formed the first EUR 10,000 retain the Founding Supporter badge. Other verified contributors receive the Community Supporter badge. Both groups receive the same participation benefits. Supporter input helps shape priorities but does not guarantee implementation.
Monthly renewal and cancellation
The EUR 12 option renews automatically every month with no minimum term. You can cancel at any time through Stripe's secure customer portal. Cancellation takes effect for billing at the end of the current paid month, and Stripe will not charge the next renewal. It does not undo badge or participation eligibility already earned from a verified contribution.
If the portal is unavailable, email FreeWillow before the next renewal date. A portal cancellation stops future renewal; it is separate from the statutory withdrawal right below.
Payment and delayed confirmation
Checkout and recurring billing are hosted by Stripe. Some payment methods can take time to confirm. After checkout, the page says that setup is being processed rather than claiming payment has been received. Stripe sends a payment confirmation when the first payment is confirmed; please do not submit again. Supporter verification starts only after payment confirmation.
Consumer withdrawal
If you are an EU consumer and distance-contract rules apply, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after the contract is concluded. Send an unequivocal statement to freewillow.community@outlook.com before the deadline and identify the Stripe email and payment option. Using the model below is optional.
Where this right applies, FreeWillow will reimburse the payments required by law without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the notice, using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed.

Refunds and payment errors
Outside mandatory statutory rights, successfully processed support payments are not automatically refundable. Contact FreeWillow promptly about a duplicate, unauthorised or incorrectly processed payment. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Confirmation and records
The final checkout must clearly show the amount, monthly renewal where applicable, and the obligation to pay before submission. A contract confirmation containing the applicable terms must be provided on a durable medium, such as email. Stripe's payment record does not replace any information FreeWillow must provide by law.
Version and updates
These terms apply from 25 August 2026. Material changes apply prospectively and will be published here. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
